Our bed is wonderful!Appreciate your Products and Service - Don I can't even begin to tell you how much we love our new bed. No pains for either of us, and I am sleeping so well (although being dead tired because of the baby might have something to do with that). Anyway, you know how when you get a new bed at a normal store, the sales people tell you there might be an adjustment period were you wake up stiff or sore from a new bed? Well we've had no such experience with this bed. It's been perfect since day one. My dad bought a new innerspring bed and it arrived the same day we got ours. He's still "adjusting". I wouldn't doubt that he'll switch to an airbed with in the next few months. Anyhow, thank you for all your help and kindness, I am so very grateful! We received it Tuesday and I wanted to try it a couple of nights before I gave you any feedback. It will take awhile to get our perfect comfort level but we really like it. The last couple of nights we have been busy and they have been late nights so I need a little more time to really get familiar with it. The firmness level you can achieve really surprised me. I like the latex topping and glad we chose that. Does have me curious what a memory foam would feel like and if you can really tell any difference with all that is on top of it. And, the matching foundation.... what a great surprise. Thank you very much... The design of our headboard goes totally to the floor, so I had to put the pump under one side of the foundation. Would not have been able to do that with our old box springs. What a blessing there! You have no idea how grateful we were that you took so much of your time and interest in our selection of an airbed. It meant a lot to us and will be told to anyone we speak with concerning bed selecting. If that is your normal business practice then you must do quite well with marketing and sales.... kudos to you! We love that bed -- my husband has a back problem that sometimes he needs firm and sometimes he needs soft.... and I find playing the firmness helps me when I'm achy, too.... Thanks so much! Chris I am writing to thank you for making a great mattress at a reasonable price. My 83 year old mother-in-law was having a great deal of trouble sleeping. She has some pretty severe health problems and the lack of restfull sleep was exacerbating the problems. We got her one of your air mattresses and she has been sleeping soundly, has no pain in her hip while in bed, which was a big problem with the old mattress, and her ability to move around and function has increased greatly. Thank-you for a great product and for shipping it so fast. By the way, my wife and I have one too that we have been using for about a year and we love it. Ron I am the person who called you thinking all my order could not have possibly been squeezed into one box. Well, we finally got our bed set up. It was all there in that one box. Natalie I have to say the air bed is all the literature says it is and more! My wife has suffered with Sciatica and hasn't slept more than three hours in one stretch in several years. The first five nights on the air bed she slept all night through. Our matresses the air bed replaced were not inexpensive, in fact they cost about the same money eight years ago.
