Sleep Pros specializes in manufacturing visco elastic memory foam and latex foam beds, with a twist. They only use the highest quality components including 4 and 5 pound density memory foam, Talalay latex, and high resiliancy poly-urethane foam. The twist? In addition to the "normal" ticking materials out there, Sleep Pros offers special anti-static and anti allergenic cover materials to help make your sleep, and your life, just that much better.
Sleep Pros uses only Talalay process latex in their mattresses. The Talalay latex mattress foam manufacturing process is a six-step procedure, which includes: compounding, pulling a vacuum (enabling foam to occupy the entire volume of mold), freezing (locks foam structure), injecting CO2 to gel foam (changes liquid to solid), heating (which solidifies durability and resiliency), de-molding core/pillow, washing, drying, inspecting for quality and fabricating. This process is the most expensive of the Latex manufacturing processes and produces the finest, most consistent, most durable, and most comfortable latex possible.
