TalaSleep 8000I

Because of its unique properties, latex gently conforms to a person's movements, providing correct, comfortable, support to the head, neck, back and spine, is inherently hypo-allergenic, is naturally resiliant, and provides superior pressure equalization.
The Sleep Pros TalaSleep 8000I uses three layers of 1.9 inch 34 ILD rated latex to form a 5.6 inch core, on top of which is a 1.9 inch layer of 24 ILD Talalay latex foam, and then another 0.9 inch layer of 19 ILD Talalay Latex Foam. The top layer allows your body to sink in slightly for comfort before being supported by the next, thicker and firmer layer of latex. The firm core provides the last layer of support, keeping your body and spine in proper alignment without the normal pressure points on your shoulders and hips.
The TalaSleep 8000I utilizes an amazing anti-static cover material that discharges your body while you sleep. The human body is one big electric field, continually recharging its electrons through contacting or rubbing against other materials. The human body can store up to 30,000 volts! Not surprisingly, these high voltages have a negative effect on our sleep. We feel nervous, agitated, literally experiencing a feeling of tension. So it is important for the body to get rid of this tension and drop to the lowest possible voltage. During the night, the body is in constant contact with various materials, such as pajamas, sheets, mattress etc. Both the body and these materials are continually recharged with static electricity - up to 30,000 volts! If this tension is discharged and the voltage lowered, you will sleep more restfully. The SleepPros TalaSleep 8000I accomplishes this by using ultra-fine, multifilament carbon fibre thread. Each filament contains a conductive trilobal core, wrapped in a protective nylon envelope. The carbon filament captures the electrons in the surrounding material and releases them into the air at low voltage (from 4,000 volts), so the tension literally flows from your body, allowing for a deeper, and more restorative, sleep.
Latex beds can be used effectively on any firm and flat surface. If you already have a box srping, you can use your new latex bed on that. If you find your box spring is too soft, you can firm it up by placing a piece of plywood between the mattress and the box spring. You can also use your new latex mattress directly on a platform bed, or any surface that provides even and firm support.
Domestic Talalay latex is poured in a mold (called a bun) that is 5.6" x 40" x 80". All domestic pieces of Latex larger than a twin will have a glue seam. This is nothing to be concerned about since the bond is very strong and will not come apart, nor is it perceptible when lying on the latex. It is also important to keep in mind that by it's nature, latex can have various cosmetic imperfections, micro-tears, and/or discolorations, none of which will affect its performance. Domestic Talalaly latex is the finest latex produced in the world and will provide many years of consistent and comfortable service.
