Mattresses - Your satisfaction is 100 percent guaranteed on your purchase of any mattress from Monster Mattress. You have 30 nights from the time you receive your new Monster Mattress to decide if it's right for you. Sleep on it, eyeball it, touch it, feel it, make sure it's what you want. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, carefully repack the mattress in the original boxes and return it to us for a full refund of your purchase price. We do not charge any re-stocking fees or any other hidden fees. We do ask that you return the product in original condition (no damage, soilage, hair, etc.), so if you are thinking you have a mattress you may want to return, make sure you take care of it. Treat it well, with love and respect, and the returning process will be a breeze. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If you do decide to return a mattress to the Monster, make sure to contact us for a return authorization, complete return instructions, and the correct shipping address.
Bedding - If you are not satisfied with any bedding products (blankets, sheets, etc.) purchased from MonsterMattress.com, you can return them to us for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. The same rules for the return of mattresses applies to the return of bedding. Return the bedding in original condition (no damage, soilage, hair, etc.) in it's original packaging. Make sure to contact us for a return authorization, complete return instructions, and the correct shipping address.
Pillows - If you are not satisfied with any pillows you order through MonsterMattress.com, you can return them to us for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase as long as each pillow is still in it's original sealed, unopened package. We can not take returns on pillows that have been removed from the package. Make sure to contact us for a return authorization, complete return instructions, and the correct shipping address.
